Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
A return is eligible if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product has manufacturing defects
Note:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Product not liked
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
After 24 hours, return requests will not be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags, accessories, and packaging intact
- With unboxing video (mandatory)
📌 Unboxing Video Requirement:
A clear unboxing video from start to end is required as proof of damage or defect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Worn shoes
- Sunglasses with scratches after use
- Watches showing signs of usage
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received:
- Refund will be issued within 3–5 business days
- Refund mode: Bank Transfer / UPI
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Replacement Policy
If stock is available, we provide replacement instead of refund for eligible issues.
Replacement will be done only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Wrong Address / Unclaimed Delivery
If the parcel returns due to:
- Wrong address
- Customer unavailable
- Customer refusal
Reshipping charges will apply.
